Return & Refund Policy

Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, those statutory rights.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer purchasing through our Website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the day on which you received your goods, without providing any reason. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended voluntary return window of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, giving you additional time to decide if Nevalon is right for your routine.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The product is in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging
  • The product seal is intact and has not been broken
  • You are able to provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened food supplement products unless the product is defective, damaged, or otherwise not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within the applicable return period by emailing mail-usinfo-@ryxanordphak.world or calling +44 3300 582640. Please include your full name, order confirmation number, and the reason for your return.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions, including the return address and a returns reference number (RMA).
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include your RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel.
  4. Send the parcel using a tracked postal service. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is defective or not as described, in which case we will cover the return postage.
  5. Retain your proof of postage until the refund has been processed.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email of the outcome of your return. If your return is approved:

  • A full refund of the product purchase price will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned goods or receiving confirmation that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
  • If applicable, standard outbound delivery charges will also be refunded for cancellations made within the 14-day statutory cooling-off period.
  • Additional express delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. We have no control over the time your bank takes to credit the refund to your account.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or materially different from its description, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. In such cases:

  • We will cover all reasonable return postage costs
  • You may choose between a full refund, a replacement product, or a repair where applicable
  • Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full

Please include photographic evidence of any damage when contacting us, where possible.

7. Exceptions

We are unable to process returns in the following circumstances:

  • The 30-day voluntary return window has passed (unless the product is defective — statutory rights still apply)
  • The product has been opened, used, or the seal has been broken (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
  • The product was purchased through a third-party retailer — in this case, please contact the retailer directly

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Return Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under English law. If a product is faulty or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply regardless of the time limits described above.
